Refund Policy

Customers are eligible for a refund under the following condition

Service Not Delivered: If the service (LinkedIn profile optimization or CV writing) is not delivered within the agreed timeframe, a full refund will be issued upon request

Quality Assurance: If the customer is not satisfied with the quality of the service provided, they may request a revision. If, after the revision, the customer remains dissatisfied, a partial refund may be granted based on the work completed

Service Cancellation: Customers who cancel their service before work commences are entitled to a full refund. If the service is canceled after work has started, a partial refund may be issued, depending on the progress made

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the service delivery

Delivery Policy

All services are delivered digitally via email or the customer’s preferred communication platform

•⁠ LinkedIn Profile Optimization: After receiving all necessary information from the customer, the optimized profile will be delivered within 5-7 business days.

• ⁠CV Writing: After receiving all necessary information from the customer, the finalized CV will be delivered within 7-10 business days.

•⁠ ⁠Delivery Delays: If there are any expected delays, customers will be notified promptly.

Return Policy

Returns are not applicable because the services provided are digital and customized to each customer’s needs. However, if the customer is unsatisfied, revisions will be offered to ensure the final product meets their expectations. In cases of significant dissatisfaction, a partial refund may be considered as outlined in the refund policy.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their service request under the following conditions

•⁠ Before Work Commences: Customers can cancel their service request with no penalty if the cancellation is made before any work begins.

•⁠ After Work Commences: If the customer wishes to cancel after work has started, they may do so, but only a partial refund will be issued based on the amount of work completed.

•⁠ No Show or Lack of Communication: If a customer fails to provide the necessary information or communicate for more than 7 days, the service may be canceled without a refund.

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary charges.
